Janine Misciagno

Owner and Director

Janine created Fantasy Elite All Stars to be different than the Cheer and Tumble facilities that are out there. Inclusive, community minded, and athlete centric, She believes in mentoring our athletes both on and off the mat. With experience as a cheerleader, cheer coach and cheer mom, Janine has seen the different sides of cheer and  brings that perspective and knowledge to the gym. As Director of the program, she will make sure our tumblers have the best instruction, our cheerleaders are competitive, our events are exciting and our program is safe.  "I believe this sport should be accessable and fun for everyone. There is no program or level in this gym that isn't important to me, and there is no athlete that will ever leave my gym feeling like they aren't respected, appreciated and gaining new skills."

Sophia Johnson

Coach

Multi National Title Holder, ASWC Winner, Coach Sophia has been an All Star Cheerleader since the age of 6, when her mini team won Grand Champions at CheerSport. Her cheer career has spanned almost 10 years, and resulted in wins at some of the most prestigious National Events in the country, as well as Summit finishes in the top ten, and Gold at ASWC. A stickler for technique, a cheerleader who is truly well rounded as both a flyer, base and tumbler, Sophia brings a perspective to the sport that can help enhance any cheerleaders training. A volunteer coach for CheerAbilities, and a high school cheerleader as well, Sophia has a lot of advice to offer our athletes! 

Ethan Johnson

Former cheerleader and Cheer Sport Grand National Champion, Coach EJ has been focusing on playing football and volunteering with other PESH athletes to coach youth football camps. His upbeat attitude and desire to teach positively effect any athletes on his team or in his classes. His experiences with fitness and conditioning training, and the positive effects it has had on him have helped him develop a commitment to safe strength and conditioning practices that will help our athletes stay healthy and on the mat and enhance performance no matter what their sport while building habits and skills they will carry with them for their entire lives! 

Mya Rhone

Hi everyone I’m coach Mya, I have 2 years of coaching experience as a competitive head coach. In previous years I have led novice and prep teams. My love for cheer started in high school and allowed me to enjoy it in college as well. I am currently aspiring to expand my knowledge in occupational therapy and spend my mornings working as a registered behavioral therapist.

Alexander Thompson

We are proud to introduce coach and tumbling instructor, Coach Alex. A 10 time National Acrobatics Champion, Rookie Coach of the Year and National Academy of Sports and Medicine Certified. He states his goals are to instill a champion's mindset and unlock the extraordinary potential within each athlete. Come check out a tumbling class and be on the lookout for upcoming acro programs!

Kendall Meyer

My name is Kendall Meyer!! I’ve been passionate about cheerleading since 8th grade, quickly making varsity as a freshman and earning the honor of cheer captain by my senior year. Over the years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to teach mini camps, helping younger cheerleaders develop their skills and confidence. I also loved cheering alongside the JV and junior high teams, sharing the excitement and spirit of the sport. Cheerleading has shaped who I am teaching me leadership, teamwork, and dedication and I’m excited to share that energy.

Kalyssa Moody

Hi, I’m Kalyssa Moody from Celina, Texas! I’ve spent over eleven years immersed in the world of all-star cheerleading, with nine of those years at Cheer Athletics in Plano, competing at levels 1 through 4. I also had the incredible opportunity to cheer for Spirit of Texas and Champion Cheer. My passion for cheerleading led me to coaching, and I spent three amazing summers at Camp Woodward in Pennsylvania from 2021 to 2023. I absolutely love inspiring athletes, fostering teamwork, and helping them find their confidence on and off the mat!

Cathy Nelson

Cathy Nelson is an experienced instructor and coach with a dynamic background in cheer, dance, and gymnastics. With a career rooted in performance arts and athlete development, Cathy brings over a decade of experience nurturing talent and fostering a lifelong love for movement and performance among students of all ages. She specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs focused on technique, strength conditioning, and mental preparedness. Known for creating a positive, motivating, and safe training environment, Cathy emphasizes individual growth, confidence, and teamwork in every class and program she leads. Her professional experience includes years of coaching at Texas Tumblers Gymnastics, where she instructed beginner to advanced tumbling, led parent-child classes, and maintained strong parent communication. As an Assistant Cheer Coach at Madison High School, she choreographed routines, developed conditioning programs, and promoted team spirit and discipline. Cathy also has administrative experience as an IELTS Test Proctor, managing confidential testing materials and logistics with precision and professionalism. Cathy holds degrees in Business Administration and Project Management with a focus on Human Resources. She is CPR/AED/First Aid certified and licensed in cosmetology, reflecting her diverse skill set and commitment to excellence, safety, and creativity. Driven by passion, organization, and a dedication to empowering others, Cathy continues to inspire athletes and students to reach their full potential—both in the gym and beyond.

Lacheen Darbandi

My name is Lacheen! I studied Theater and have always been passionate about the performing arts and creative expression. Alongside my background in theater, I’m also a certified yoga and fitness instructor. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching children, helping them build confidence, body awareness, and a love for movement through both art and mindful exercise.
