Whether your child plays team sports or just wants to feel stronger and more confident, our expert-led sessions focus on movement mechanics, conditioning, and goal-driven progress. This high-energy class helps young athletes build agility, speed, focus, and smart decision-making through fun, structured drills. Sensory Sport Class
A calm, focused youth fitness class designed for children with sensory or neurodivergent needs. This exclusive session—held with no other classes in the gym—offers a supportive environment for movement, performance training, and fun, with routines adapted for comfort and confidence

Cheer & Specialty Programs
From first-time cheerleaders to elite competitors, our Cheer & Specialty Class Programs offer something for every athlete. Whether you're looking to join a team, prep for school tryouts, or sharpen specific skills, we’ve got you covered.
Programs include:
• Cheer Teams: Novice, Prep, and Elite squads for athletes ready to compete and grow.
• CheerAbilities: Adaptive cheer for athletes with physical, intellectual, or developmental differences.
• Intro to Cheer: A beginner-friendly 8-week experience with a showcase finale.
• Cheer Tryout Prep: Focused training for elementary, middle, and high school athletes preparing for sideline cheer.
• Jumps & Motions Class: Precision, power, and technique for sharper performance.
• Stunt Class: Safe, progressive stunt training for bases, flyers, and back spots.

Available Classes
Intro to Cheer (Ages 4–9)
This beginner-friendly 8-week class introduces young athletes to the exciting world of cheer! We focus on basic motions, jumps, and teamwork while building confidence and coordination. Athletes will learn a fun routine and perform it in a showcase for friends and family at the end of the session. Perfect for kids who want to try something new, make friends, and explore cheer in a playful, supportive setting.
Intro to Cheer (Ages 8–12)
New to cheer? This 8-week class is the perfect way to explore the sport, build confidence, and learn what it means to be part of a squad. Athletes will learn cheer fundamentals, work on a fun routine, and perform in a showcase for friends and family at the end of the session. Whether you're curious about team tryouts or just want to try something new, this class is a great place to start.
Cheer Ready - Elementary & Middle
This class is designed for younger athletes preparing for school sideline cheer tryouts. We focus on the core skills schools expect—sharp motions, strong jumps, basic stunting, and confident performance. Athletes will build technique and tryout-ready presence in a fun, supportive environment.
Cheer Ready - High School
This class is designed for athletes preparing for high school sideline cheer tryouts, wanting to make that High School Competition team or just wanting to perfect and improve their skills. We focus on the skills schools look for most—sharp motions, strong jumps, confident presence, and safe stunting. Athletes will build technique, timing, and tryout-ready confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Cheer Conditioning
This cheer-specific conditioning class builds the strength, endurance, and body control needed for higher-level cheerleading. Athletes will work targeted muscle groups, improve stamina, and develop the physical foundation for jumps, stunts, and tumbling. It’s sports performance training with a cheerleading focus—perfect for athletes looking to level up.
Jumps & Motions
This combo class puts a strong focus on jump technique and explosive power, while also teaching fun, motion-based skills that improve overall cheer performance. Athletes will work on flexibility, timing, and sharp execution—building the strength and style needed to stand out.
Flyer Flex
This class is designed for current flyers—or those working toward becoming one. Athletes will build flexibility, body control, and stability through targeted stretches, balance drills, and strength exercises. We focus on improving lines, locks, and overall flying performance.
Stunt Class
This class is designed to build individual stunt skills for flyers, bases, backspots, and front spots. Athletes rotate through focused stations with multiple coaches, receiving hands-on instruction and personalized feedback. We emphasize proper technique, timing, strength, and body control—helping each athlete safely learn new skills and refine their role. Perfect for cheerleaders ready to elevate their stunt performance with confidence and precision.

Enchanted Beginnings (Preschool Programs)
Our Enchanted Beginnings lineup offers magical movement and learning for our youngest athletes! These daytime classes are designed to nurture coordination, confidence, and social skills in a playful, age-appropriate setting.
Programs include:
• Mommy & Me Little Legends (6–24 months): Gentle movement and bonding time for babies and caregivers.
• Mommy & Me Dragonlings (2–4 years): Music, movement, and early tumbling with grown-up support.
• Toddler Tumble (2–4 years): Independent exploration of basic tumbling and motor skills.
• P.L.A.Y. – Preschoolers Learning Athletics Young (2–4 years): A foundational sports program that teaches balance, coordination, and teamwork through fun, structured play. P.L.A.Y classes are not parent-assisted.

Mommy & Me: Little Legends (6–18 Mos)
This parent-assisted class introduces babies to movement, music, and sensory play in a safe, nurturing environment. We focus on early motor development, body awareness, and bonding through guided activities that support growing muscles and coordination. It’s the perfect first step toward confident movement and lifelong learning.
Dragonlings (18–36 Mos)
This parent-assisted class helps toddlers build strength, coordination, and confidence through playful movement and early skill-building. We introduce foundational athletic concepts like balance, body control, and teamwork—all while bonding through active fun. It’s a legendary start to lifelong learning, with parents by their side every step of the way.
Toddler Tumble (Ages 2–4)
This toddler-based tumbling class introduces little athletes to movement, coordination, and basic tumbling skills in a playful, supportive setting. With a small athlete-to-instructor ratio, each child gets hands-on guidance as they explore rolls, stretches, and safe body positions. Perfect for building confidence, strength, and early athletic foundations—one tumble at a time.
P.L.A.Y. (Ages 2–3)
This class is designed for toddlers to explore, discover, and learn through movement. We focus on working new muscles, building coordination, and introducing athletic foundations in a playful, supportive environment. It’s all about developing early skills while bonding through active fun.
P.L.A.Y. (Ages 3-4)
This independent class helps preschoolers build confidence, coordination, and early athletic foundations through movement-based play. We introduce teamwork, listening skills, and sport-inspired activities that support muscle development and self-esteem—all in a fun, encouraging environment. Perfect for kids ready to move, learn, and grow without parent assistance.

Tumbling Program
Our tumbling program is built for every level—from first-time flippers to advanced athletes refining elite skills. Whether your child is just learning a forward or mastering twisting layouts we offer safe, progressive instruction that builds strength, coordination, and confidence.
Classes are grouped by age and skill level, with clear progressions and supportive coaching every step of the way. We focus on technique, safety, and fun—so athletes can grow at their own pace and celebrate every milestone.

Available Classes
Intro to Tumble
This is our most beginner-friendly tumbling class—perfect for young athletes who are brand new to movement! We focus on body awareness, balance, and basic shapes like log rolls, crab walks, and bridges. It’s all about building confidence and coordination in a playful, supportive setting. No experience needed—just a willingness to move and have fun!
Beginner Tumble
Perfect for first-timers! This class introduces brand-new tumblers to basic skills like forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. We focus on coordination, confidence, and safe technique in a fun, supportive environment. No experience needed—just bring your energy and excitement!
Walkovers
This class focuses on mastering front and back walkovers through strength-building drills, flexibility training, and safe technique. It’s perfect for athletes who are ready to move beyond basic tumbling and build the foundation for more advanced skills. No prior walkover required—just a bridge and kickover recommended.
Intermediate Tumble
This class is for athletes actively working back handsprings and ready to build power and connection through bounders, flysprings, and strong technique. We focus on clean execution, safe progressions, and the strength needed to move toward advanced tumbling. Prerequisite: Must have a solid round-off and back walkover.
Back Handspring
Ready to flip? This class focuses exclusively on mastering the back handspring through drills, technique refinement, and safe progressions. Perfect for athletes who want to build power, confidence, and clean execution. Prerequisite: Must have a solid back walkover.
Back Handspring Series
This more advanced class is for athletes who’ve already mastered their back handspring and are ready to level up. We focus on connecting handsprings, running tumbling, and jump-to-back handspring combinations—building power, control, and seamless execution. Prerequisite: Must have a solid back handspring.
Tucks and Up
This advanced tumbling class focuses on explosive skills like tucks, punch fronts, aerials, and the progressions that lead to elite-level passes. Athletes will build power, control, and technique through targeted drills and safe, skill-based instruction. Prerequisite: Must have a solid back handspring.
Advanced Tumbling
This class is for experienced athletes working on Level 4 and up tumbling skills, including layouts, fulls, and elite passes. We focus on power, precision, and technique to help athletes safely progress to the highest levels of performance. Prerequisite: Instructor evaluation required.

Homeschool Heroes
This open gym time is just for our homeschool heroes! Kids from two age groups (5 - 9) and (10+ ) can explore movement, burn energy, and build athletic confidence in a safe, supervised environment. With access to mats, equipment, creative stations—and our athlete lounge—they’ll enjoy an hour of active fun and social connection. Snack and drink included—because heroes need fuel and a place to recharge! Perfect for homeschool families looking to add fitness, friendship, and freedom to their day.

School Break Program
Our School Break Program offers high-energy, skill-building fun during holiday breaks and teacher workdays. Kids enjoy themed activities, tumbling, cheer, and creative games—all in a safe, structured environment designed for movement and friendship. Flexible drop-in options available. You bring lunch from home and we provide snacks!

When school’s out, the fun begins! Our full-day School Break Program offers active play, gym time, creative arts and crafts, and social connection in a structured, high-energy setting. Snacks provided; lunch from home. Open to all school-age kids during our working holiday breaks and teacher workdays.
